Sagar Mandlekar

My name is Sagar Mandlekar, and I am a 3D Animator based in Montreal, Canada, with over 14+ years
of experience in the animation industry.
    I have worked on a wide range of projects, including Hollywood VFX films, series, AAA gameplay/cinematics,
AR/VR interactive experiences, CGI movies, VR theme park rides, and commercials. My expertise lies in
bringing characters and creatures to life, refining complex motion capture data, and crafting compelling
storytelling for previs and gameplay animation.
       I am a versatile animator with a strong foundation in both keyframe animation and motion capture cleanup. I
specialize in animating animals and creatures with hyper-realistic precision while refining complex motion
capture data for seamless, high-quality results.
     I have extensive experience producing cutscene animation using raw mocap, handling camera work in
MotionBuilder Story Mode, refining animations in Maya or Blender, and finalizing outputs in UE5 Sequencer.
My technical skills include proficiency in Maya, MotionBuilder, Blender, and Unreal Engine. Additionally,
     I have experience with mGear and Advanced Skeleton rigs, as well as working within production pipelines
using Perforce P4V and Unreal Game Sync.
To enhance my workflow, I own a Rokoko Pro II Mocap Smartsuit, Smartgloves, and Coil Pro, allowing me to
capture high-quality motion data for realistic animation.
    I have the legal right to work in Canada and am available as an individual contractor or freelancer. I would love
the opportunity to contribute my skills and experience to your team.
